End user License Agreement, Desktop [v 4.1]

This is a legally binding agreement between the purchaser named in your order summary (“you”) and PampaType font Foundry (“we” or “us”). By using or installing the font or fonts listed on your order summary (“the fonts”), you agree to the terms of this agreement. The fonts are provided in OpenType format and are intended for desktop use.

1. License

We grant to you only, the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use and display the fonts purchased through our website. If you are licensing the fonts on behalf of an organization please let us know, and make sure they understand and accept the terms of this agreement.
Number of users. Corresponding to the license fee paid:
—Single-User License: The fonts may be used on up to five (5) CPUs at your site.
—Multi-users License: The fonts may be used on up to the number of CPUs at your site, and according to the license fee as previously agreed with us.
Non-desktop use. You may not use the fonts to create websites, apps, e-Pubs or video games. This requires a different license.
Embedding. You may embed the fonts within read-only, non-editable PDFs or similar digital files for the viewing and printing of the documents, including the viewing to third parties. You may not use the fonts with any technologies which allow third-party access to the font files.
Third Parties. You may send a copy of the fonts along with your documents to designers, printers, or other service suppliers, provided they use the fonts only for your work, follow the terms of this agreement, and delete all copies of the fonts when their work is complete.
No Modifications. You may not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, disassemble, convert from one font format to another, or create derivative works from our fonts without our written consent.
Rights Reservation. We reserve all rights not specifically granted to the license.

2. Ownership

This agreement gives you the right to use the fonts, but only as specified above. You do not own the fonts. We do.

3. Copyright

Our fonts and the accompanying written materials are copyrighted and contain our proprietary information. Unauthorized copying of our fonts even if modified, merged, or included with other software, or of the written materials, is expressly forbidden. You may make one (1) copy of the licensed fonts for backup purposes only.

4. Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated. It will end automatically without notice from us if you fail to comply with any provision contained herein. Upon termination, you must destroy the written materials, the fonts and all copies of them including modified copies, if any.

5. Upgrade

We may, from time to time, update the fonts. This agreement covers any future upgrades of the fonts, and can only be amended by a written document duly executed by both you and us.

6. Limited Liability

We work very hard to ensure that our fonts are technically and aesthetically flawless. However, the fonts and accompanying written materials are provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the fonts rests upon you. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the fonts.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Argentina. If any part of this agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.

## End user License Agreement, Web [v 4.1]

1. License

We grant to you only, the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use and display the fonts purchased through our website. If you are licensing the fonts on behalf of an organization please let us know, and make sure they understand and accept the terms of this agreement.
Monthly Page Views (pv's). “Page view” is each request to load a single page of each of your websites. They must be recorded by a commonly accepted or recognized performance tracking system.
Web use. You may install the fonts on any number of hosting services to serve any number of web domains and subdomains for a single client, provided that the websites are all under your control and the combined number of ppm does not exceed the limit detailed on your order. If the total traffic ever exceeds such limit, you must contact us to upgrade your license.
Non-web use. You may not use the fonts to create printed material, visual identities, advertisements, logos, signage, or other images. This requires a different license. You also may not use the fonts to produce apps, e-Pubs or video games. This also requires a different license.
Third Parties. You may send a copy of the fonts to designers or developers, as long as they use the fonts only for your web work, follow the terms of this agreement, and delete all copies of the fonts when their work is complete.

App use. You may embed the fonts in a limited number of apps, as specified in your order summary, for a single client. Platform-specific versions of an app with the same name and functionality shall be considered as a single app.
Non-app use. You may not use the fonts to create printed material, visual identities, advertisements, logos, signage, or other images. This requires a different license. You also may not use the fonts to produce websites. This also requires a different license.
Third Parties. You may send a copy of the fonts to designers or developers, as long as they use the fonts only for your app work, follow the terms of this agreement, and delete all copies of the fonts when their work is complete.

This is a legally binding agreement between the purchaser named in your order summary (“you”) and PampaType font Foundry (“we” or “us”). By using or installing the font or fonts listed on your order summary (“the fonts”), you agree to the terms of this agreement. Under this license the fonts are provided in OpenType, woff, woff2 and ttf formats, for its use within desktop applications, web, self-hosting servers, and the production of digital apps.

1. License

We grant to you only, the non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual right to use and display the fonts purchased through our website. If you are licensing the fonts on behalf of an organization please let us know, and make sure they understand and accept the terms of this agreement.
Number of users. This license allows for the installation and use of the fonts by an unlimited number of users, provided that they are within the same organization that purchases the license.
Web use. You may install the fonts on any number of hosting services to serve any number of web domains and subdomains for a single client, provided that the websites are all under your control. This license allows for unlimited pvs (page views per month).
Self-Hosting. You may install the fonts on your organization’s internal servers to provide access to an unlimited number of users, as long as they are within the same organization.
App use. You may embed the fonts in an unlimited number of apps for a single client or the organization that purchases the license.
